Returns and Refunds Policy

If you need to return your order for any reason we’re here to help! All returns or claims for damaged items must be made within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate returns you must complete the following steps:
  1. Send an email to customerservice@shemerge.org. Attach your order confirmation email to request the product(s) you would like to return.

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. 

  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for all return shipping fees or any applicable return restocking fees based on items purchased. Any associated costs will be shared with you in the email received regarding your return.
